Contemplation, alternate realities, the stars fall down.
I had a lot of fun creating this piece, although it was hard deciding on a title. So it can be whatever you want. I began with a starry sky, distressed textures and then what better to have than a huge big moon, surrounded by falling stars where we can walk, in contemplation, in an alternate reality all of our own.
Music, lyrics, songs and experiencing them affect me more than I realize. It's probably no surprise then that experiencing one of the best concerts I have ever attended, or will ever attend, produced something in the realms of a dream-scape landscape. I started off wanting to simply fill the sky full of stars and fantastic things, then allowed it to go into its own direction. I wanted to use just a few layers; I ended up with about 29. Sometimes words are useful with art, often they are lacking. Isn't that why we have music and art after all?
